MARK HAMMOND TO PRESENT AT 23RD ANNUAL ENVIRONMENTAL LAW FORUM
LAW’s Mark Hammond is honored to once again be presenting at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s upcoming Environmental Law Forum, which is being held in Harrisburg on April 11th and 12th. The conference is considered Pennsylvania’s premier environmental law continuing education and networking event, and is attended by governmental, non-profit, private, and in-house lawyers from all over the state. This year, Mark will be discussing recent notable cases decided by Pennsylvania state courts and the Environmental Hearing Board regarding the Federal Clean Air Act and the Pennsylvania Air Pollution Control Act. Mark will also participate in a roundtable discussion focusing on trial practice tips inspired by these recent Federal Clean Air Act and the Pennsylvania Air Pollution Control Act decisions.
The Environmental Law Forum, which was co-founded by LAW’s David Buzzell, has been held annually since 1995. LAW is proud to continue its Silver sponsorship of this event.
